Ollur is one of the major gate way to  the Thrissur city .
It's a place where the real meaning of secularism is deep rooted in every sense, from time immemorial as it's blend with churches, temples and all other places of worship. St.Antony's church and the tomb of Rev.Mother Evuprasia are major centers of worship at Ollur and this serene atmosphere can purify any one’s  heart to lead a harmonious & peaceful life. The St.Antony's church is famous for its festivity of Arch Angel St.Raphel, which is celebrated every year on 24th Oct.             
Vala (Bangle)procession of this festival makes its way  in front of Angel Homes and is very attractive by the presence of  glittering chariot, colorful umbrellas, panchavadya and  the procession is followed by fabulous fire works, which attracts many from distant places. The tomb of Rev.Mother Evupraisa at St.Mary's convent, a major pilgrim centre attracts pilgrims from all parts of the world. All celebrations of St.Antony's church is in a  very close vicinity of Angel Homes which is just 50 mtrs, away from the church and very  adjacent to NH 47.
